About City Grill'n
City Grill’n is a cooking tutorial site to demonstrate how easy it is to prepare food and cook on your grill. That being said all of these recipes could be cooked in a kitchen oven and stove top, but why heat up the kitchen when you can enjoy the great outdoors. I encourage you to fire up the grill and cook your meal outside! Please subscribe to City Grill’n channel. As a subscriber you will get notifications when the City Grill’n post new videos and make it easier to stay involved and up to date on everything that’s going on with City Grill’n.
Why City Grill’n? For the past 10 years I’ve been thinking about putting together a cooking tutorial show to help those that want to cook on their grill but just really don’t know how. In some cases the best meal they can prepare are hotdogs and hamburgers. If this is you then step up to the plate and watch the video series to start using your grill like a pro. Like anything it takes practice and trial and error to master the grill. Don’t give up when things don’t turn out as expected consider it a challenge and have fun doing it.
About Rob Vore
I love cooking and being outside whether it’s on the backyard gas grill or camp site fire pit, I’m there ready to cook an awesome meal. I started using the grill about 40 years ago as a teenage when my father instructed me on lighting the charcoal grill we had at the time. Since then, I have self-taught myself by reading many cookbooks and continually watching cooking shows. Some of my favorites are the Primal Grill, BBQ University, Cooks Country and classic 1990 shows of grilling with Curtis Aikens, Alton Brown, Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse.
One of the best parts about mastering the grill is preparing wonderful meals for my family, friends and neighbors. I enjoy putting a show on for them as I grill the meal and we exchange cooking tips and recipes to one another.
Now I know there are many people out there that can cook much better than me and have the formal training to back themselves and that’s fine. The goal here is to provide you, if you’re the inexperienced cook, to feel comfortable around your grill and get outside and cook. You might be surprised how much you like grilling after all.
There are plenty of skills and techniques when it comes to grilling that can make it very intimidating however like everything else it takes practice and trial and errors to succeed. Try different recipes and enjoy the experience of grilling.
