Mayonnaise French Toast

Directions:

Mix Mayonnaise, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish
Use a butter knife to spread Mayonnaise mixture to coat both sides of the bread evenly.
Cook bread slices on nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
Serve hot with your choice of maple syrup, honey or a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
