Top Sirloin Beer Kabobs
Get this excellent Top Sirloin Beer Kabobs recipe! These are delicious and easy to grill with this simple marinade.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin cut in cubes
- 1 can or bottle of beer
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Whole mushrooms
- Green peppers cut in square pieces
Directions:
- Place top sirloin cubes in small dish or Ziploc bag. Combine beer, onion, oil, salt, curry powder, ginger, and garlic powder. Pour over beef and marinate at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Drain meat from marinade, reserving the marinade. Skewer the meat alternating the meat, mushrooms and pepper pieces.
- Preheat Grill to medium high heat.
- Place kabob skewers on the grill, cook 7-8 minutes and bush the marinade over the kabobs midway thought the cooking process.
- Turn the kabobs and cook 3-4 minutes longer brushing the marinade over the kabobs.
- Check for doneness on the meat and serv.
