Bang Bang Shrimp
Are you ready for shrimp? Bang Bang Shrimp is the perfect recipe to try for your meal or a side dish! This is a super delicious and very easy alternative to the deep frying and gets you outside. In this video, we prepare the shrimp, marinate, and then heat up the grill.
Ingredients:
- 1-2 pounds Fresh Shrimp (16-20 count shrimp)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce for extra kick (optional)
- Panko Bread Crumbs
Directions:
- Clean shrimp, devein and remove shell.
- Mix together Mayonnaise, Sweet Chili Sauce and Tabasco.
- Add shrimp to mix and let marinate for 2 hours or longer in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
- Carefully oil the grates with a paper towel dabbed in vegetable oil.
- Add bag of Panko Breadcrumbs to shrimp mixture and place shrimp on grill grates.
- Let shrimp cook for about three minutes and turn the shrimp over to cook both side until the shrimp turns white and pink.
- DO NOT over-cook the shrimp, this happens when the shrimp curls into a tight ball.
- Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve hot
