Blackened Shrimp
Are you ready for Blackened Shrimp for Dinner?
Ingredients:
- 1-2 pounds peeled raw shrimp
- To taste, Blackened Redfish Magic - Chef Paul Prudhomme
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons butter
Directions:
- Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F. with the irons skillet inside the grill
- Add olive oil and butter, to melt Do not burn.
- Add shrimp; cook for about 1-2 minutes
- stir shrimp to evenly cook
- Keep grill lid closed while cooking
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes checking that shrimp is cooked all they way through. The shrimp will begin to curl.
- Serve hot. Great with rice.
