The Best Grilled Blackened Shrimp Skewers.
Are you ready for Blackened Shrimp for Dinner?
Ingredients:
- 1-2 pounds peeled raw shrimp
- To taste, Blackened seasoning, make your own or try Redfish Magic - Chef Paul Prudhomme, Muddy Creek Blacken Cajun Mix by Bruckens, ZATARAIN'S Blackened seasoning.
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons butter
Directions:
- Preheat the grill to 350-375 degrees F.
- Combine olive oil and butter in a small bowl, melt better Do not burn.
- Place shrimp on skewers.
- Brush the shrimp with the olive oil and butter mixture coating evenly.
- Sprinkle the shrimp skewers with your favorite blackening seasoning, be sure to coat both sides of the shrimp.
- Place the shrimp on the grill cook for about 1-2 minutes
- Keep grill lid closed while cooking
- Turn the shrimp skewers over and cook for another 1-2 minutes checking that shrimp is cooked all the way through. The shrimp will begin to curl.
- Serve hot. Great with Fettuccine Alfredo.
