Butter Crusted Halibut on Blackstone Griddle
Are you ready for Butter Crusted Halibut? The Butter Crusted Halibut on Blackstone Griddle is the perfect recipe to try for your meal! This is a super delicious and very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound halibut or any white fish
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- As an option Simply Seasoned Herbs Seasoning can be substituted for the oregano and thyme above.
- 2-4 tablespoon butter
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix together seasoning salt, oregano, thyme. Coat the halibut in the seasoning mixture be sure to coat all sides of the fish.
Lightly roll the halibut in flour until lightly coated on all sides.
- Heat butter in a Blackstone Griddle or use a skillet or frying pan over high heat.
- Add halibut to the griddle and sear on all sides (about 2 minutes for each side).
- Remove halibut from pan and place on a plate.
- Serve with lettuce and Black Beans or rice.
