Spicy Old Bay® Cajun Shrimp
Are you ready for spicy Cajun shrimp? This is a super delicious and very easy to prepare. Great with Rice or Grits
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds clean and deveined shrimp
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.
- Dry cleaned shrimp with paper towels to remove any moisture.
- In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients.
- Coat the shrimp with oil and spices.
- Place shrimp in a single layer onto the grill grates.
- Let shrimp cook for about three minutes and turn the shrimp over to cook both side until the shrimp turns white and pink.
- DO NOT over-cook the shrimp, this happens when the shrimp curls into a tight ball.
- Serve with rice or grits.
