Littleneck Clams
Are you ready for Little Neck Clams? Little Neck Clams are the perfect treat and entertaining for your guest as you cook them on the grill. The clams are tender and delicious add some garlic butter and you’ll be in heaven. In this video, we clean the clams, heat up the grill and enjoy the feast.
Ingredients:
- 50 - 100 Littleneck Clams
- 1 stick of butter
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Black Pepper
Directions:
- Wash and clean clams to remove dirt deposits.
- Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
- Place clams on grill grates.
- Once the clams pop open place them into a container and keep them warm; set aside until all clams are ready.
- Try not to spill the juice from the clams.
- Melt 1 stick of butter, add garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper to taste.
- Mix clams with butter mixture.
- Serve immediately.
