Sauteed Mushrooms
Mushrooms make a wonderful side dish for just about anything.
Sauteing mushrooms on the grill create taste great and very flavorful. Mushrooms make a wonderful side dish for just about anything.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Baby portabella mushrooms
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Butter (not margarine)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Red Wine
- 1 tablespoon of Teriyaki or Worcestershire sauce
- Black Pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
Directions:
- Clean mushrooms to remove any dirt, (if wet dry with paper towel).
- Slice or quarter mushrooms to consistent size.
- In a grill safe pan add all the ingredients (onions are optional) 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter.
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of Red wine (Only use a wine you would drink).
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat grill to about 400 degrees.
- Place pan of mushrooms and other ingredients on the grill.
- Cook until mixture of liquid reduces 50% and mushrooms have become tender.
