Vegetable Fried Rice
Vegetables, rice, and soy sauce stir fried together. This is a very simple recipe. It is easy, but very tasty!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup mushrooms
- 1 romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 large carrot diced
- 1 cup soy beans cooked (or any type of bean)
- 2 cups cooked white rice, cold (Day old rice is best)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 stir fry season package (optional)
Directions:
- Heat sesame oil in skillet, add garlic and saute until golden.
- Then add vegetables until tender, add rice, soy sauce, and seasonings.
- Stir fry together for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
