Summer Vegetables
Vegetables makes a great side dish and this recipe is real easy to make especially with vegetables right out of the summer garden.
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 3 zucchini
- 1 package portabella mushrooms
- Coarse Sea Salt to taste
- Coarse Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Complete Seasoning (Optional)
- Add and vegetables you like
Directions:
- Clean and cut vegetables in bite size pieces.
- Place vegetables on large dish.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of Olive oil over the vegetables
- Grind sea salt and black pepper onto the vegetables, to taste.
- Preheat grill to 350-400 degrees.
- Place vegetables directly over the heat.
- Cook vegetables until tender and bright green.
- Cooking time about 10-15 minutes depending on the heat of the grill.
- Serve hot, as a side dish to your meal.
